Easy 10-Minute Tuna Salad

Instructions
- Shred the drained tuna in a medium bowl using a fork.
- Mix in the chopped onion, herbs, capers, and caper juice.
- Add any optional ingredients if desired, but keep it under ½ cup.
- Stir in the mayo, starting with less and adding more for desired creaminess.
- Incorporate the mustard and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste.
- Serve the tuna salad over dressed greens, rice crisps, in pita or tortillas, or on toast.
- Garnish with microgreens, herbs, or avocado, or use it to make a tuna melt.
