Ingredients

The dip

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • cup Franks Buffalo Sauce
  • ½ cup creamy Ranch salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • cup blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  1. Melt cream cheese and mozzarella in a pan over low heat.
  2. Stir in the Buffalo sauce and then add the shredded chicken.
  3. Add the ranch dressing and green onions, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Heat the mixture until hot and bubbly.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and top with blue cheese and scallions.
