Instructions
- 1. Stir together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, and salt) in a small bowl.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the remaining ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, vanilla).
- 3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to just combine.
- 4. Scoop a ladle full of batter onto a hot waffle iron and cook until light brown.
- 5. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve warm.
