Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F to keep the waffles warm and heat your waffle iron.

  3. In a separate measuring cup, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until combined.
