Instructions
- Preheat the waffle iron.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter, honey, cinnamon, and baking soda until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder, and salt, whisking until large lumps disappear.
- Grease the waffle iron with butter and ladle batter onto the center of the iron.
- Cook according to your waffle maker's instructions, usually about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Keep waffles warm until all are cooked, then serve with maple syrup and fruit.
