Instructions
- Whisk together the eggs, vanilla extract, and milk or water in a small bowl; set aside.
- In a large bowl, sift or whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Combine the egg mixture with the flour mixture and whisk until well combined.
- Melt the butter and add it to the batter, which will be thinner than traditional waffle batter.
- Preheat the bubble waffle iron on a sheet pan to catch drippings and spray it with kitchen spray.
- Pour batter into the center of the iron, close the lid, and flip it over, cooking for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
- Flip it again and cook for another 1 minute and 30 seconds until golden brown.
- Remove the waffles using a fork or wooden spatula, and serve them with toppings of your choice.
