Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower Steaks

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Remove the greens and stem from the cauliflower and cut 1-inch thick steaks.
- Mix za'atar, lime juice, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the mixture on both sides of the cauliflower steaks, reserving some for later.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and sear each side of the steaks until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the steaks to a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes until tender but firm.
- Sprinkle with more sesame seeds, lime juice, salt, and za'atar before serving.
