Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 3 large bananas
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼-½ cup candy buttons
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter, then mix well.
  3. Fold in the candy buttons and chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
  4. Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined tray, pressing each into a cookie shape.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden brown, then cool for 10 minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
