Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, mashed bananas, and peanut butter, then mix well.
- Fold in the candy buttons and chocolate chips, reserving some for topping.
- Form 12 balls of dough and place them on the lined tray, pressing each into a cookie shape.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until slightly golden brown, then cool for 10 minutes on the tray before transferring to a wire rack.
