Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flours, powdered peanut butter, and salt.
- Add the peanut butter, water, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the raisins and M&Ms.
- Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of dough into a ball and press between your hands to flatten it out to about ½ inch thick.
- Enjoy your no-bake cookies!
