Ingredients

  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • cup powdered peanut butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • cup water
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • cup raisins
  • cup mini M&Ms

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oats, flours, powdered peanut butter, and salt.
  2. Add the peanut butter, water, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the raisins and M&Ms.
  4. Refrigerate the dough for at least 1 hour.
  5. Roll about 1 tablespoon of dough into a ball and press between your hands to flatten it out to about ½ inch thick.
  6. Enjoy your no-bake cookies!
