Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugars.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla, corn syrup, baking soda, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Mix in the oats and ensure they are well combined.
- Add the finely grated baking chocolate and mix until evenly distributed.
- Gently fold in 1 ¾ cups of the M&M’S®, reserving ¼ cup for later.
- Drop the batter onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and gently press the reserved M&M’S® on top of the cookies.
- Cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks.
