Ingredients

The base

  • 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ¼ cups natural creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • cup candy-coated pieces
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips and candy-coated pieces until well mixed.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and candy-coated pieces.
  4. Spread the dough evenly in the prepared pan using oiled hands.
  5. Bake for 16-20 minutes until lightly golden brown and set in the center.
  6. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
