Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and line it with aluminum foil or spray with nonstick spray.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Break down the cornflakes into small pieces using a ziplock bag and a rolling pin or a food processor, then mix with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and hot honey.
- Dip the chicken pieces into the egg mixture, then coat with the cornflake mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets in the air fryer and cook for 12 minutes.
- While the nuggets are cooking, prepare the sauce by combining hot honey, soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic, and cayenne in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Boil for 3 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken nuggets and top with spicy honey mayo and sesame seeds.
