Hot Honey Chicken Tenders

The chicken

skinless chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts
The breading

The sauce

honey

hot sauce

melted unsalted butter
Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry.
- Combine the spices with the flour and coat the chicken with the mixture.
- For air frying, place the chicken in the air fryer basket, spray with cooking oil, and air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle half of the hot honey sauce over the chicken and air fry for an additional 5-8 minutes until cooked through.
- For baking, preheat the oven to 425 degrees, place the chicken on a baking rack or sheet pan, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Flip the chicken, drizzle with half of the hot honey sauce, and bake for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Drizzle the remaining hot honey sauce over the chicken and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
