Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pulse pretzels, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a food processor until small pieces.
- Pour the pretzel mixture into a bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, yogurt, and salt, setting aside some for dipping.
- Dunk each chicken tender into the honey mustard mixture, then coat in the pretzel mixture, pressing down to ensure coverage.
- Repeat until all chicken tenders are coated.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Heat the hot honey in a microwave-safe dish and drizzle or brush over the chicken right out of the oven.
