Ingredients

  • ¾ cup frozen berries
  • 1 ½ – 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Bring to a light simmer.
  3. Cook until the berries have softened, about 5 – 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and puree with a hand immersion blender or countertop blender.
  5. Use immediately or store in the fridge for later.
