Baked Sockeye Salmon

Instructions
- Bring the salmon to room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 190C (380F) and line a baking tray with foil, lightly greased.
- Add half of the lemon slices to the base of the tray.
- Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic.
- Place the salmon on the lemon slices in the baking dish and pour the garlic butter mixture over it, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Bake the salmon for 17 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145F.
- Remove from the oven, top with remaining lemon slices and fresh dill, cover with foil, and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
