Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, then add garlic and cook briefly.
- Whisk in the flour and cook for a minute before adding milk and cream.
- Simmer the mixture until it thickens, then stir in parmesan and half of the mozzarella.
- Combine the cooked pasta and chicken in a bowl, then pour the sauce over and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
