Dark Chocolate Almond Bars

Instructions
- Melt the cacao butter in a double boiler or microwave until completely liquid.
- Remove from heat and whisk in the maple syrup until combined.
- Add the cacao powder and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the chocolate into molds or a lined baking sheet.
- Top with roasted almonds and a sprinkle of sea salt.
- Refrigerate or freeze until solid, about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Once hardened, break or cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
