Cheddar Apple Bacon Grilled Cheese

Instructions
- Butter one side of each piece of bread with ½ tablespoon of butter.
- Place two slices of bread butter side down on a skillet.
- Spread cheddar cheese over the bread, reserving a little for the top.
- Top with apple slices and criss-cross the bacon over the apple.
- Place the reserved slices of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden on the bottom.
- Flip the sandwiches carefully and cook for another 2-3 minutes until golden on both sides.
