BLT Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread and stack them buttered sides together.
- Layer 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top, followed by bacon, lacy swiss cheese, tomato, and the remaining slices of cheese.
- Place the sandwich in a fry pan buttered side down over medium-high heat and cover with a lid.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden, then reduce heat to medium and flip the sandwich.
- Cook the other side for 2-3 minutes until golden and cheese has melted.
- Cut in half and serve with homemade tomato soup.
