Instructions
- Marinate the salmon fillets in ⅓ cup of All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together ¼ cup of All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce and 1 tablespoon of avocado oil.
- Add the green beans, mushrooms, and bell pepper to the sauce and toss well.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Arrange the vegetables around the salmon in a single layer.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Brush the reserved sauce over the salmon and vegetables, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions.
