Easy Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

The salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon, about 5 ounces each

The sauce and toppings

  • ½ cup All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the salmon fillets in a high-sided baking dish.
  2. Pour in most of the All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce, reserving about 2 tablespoons.
  3. Turn the salmon in the marinade to coat well and marinate for 15 minutes to 8 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  5. Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Pour some of the marinade onto the salmon, avoiding the reserved sauce.
  7. Bake the salmon for 8 to 12 minutes until cooked to your preferred doneness.
  8. Brush the reserved All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce on the cooked salmon.
  9. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
