Easy Teriyaki Salmon

All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce

Instructions
- Place the salmon fillets in a high-sided baking dish.
- Pour in most of the All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce, reserving about 2 tablespoons.
- Turn the salmon in the marinade to coat well and marinate for 15 minutes to 8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Place the salmon skin-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Pour some of the marinade onto the salmon, avoiding the reserved sauce.
- Bake the salmon for 8 to 12 minutes until cooked to your preferred doneness.
- Brush the reserved All-Purpose Stir-Fry Sauce on the cooked salmon.
- Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
