Instructions
- Prepare the Indian Spiced Hummus by mixing hummus with spices and topping with cilantro pesto and garnishes.
- For the Roasted Garlic and Parmesan Hummus, infuse olive oil with rosemary, mix with hummus and top with fried rosemary.
- Make the Pumpkin and Goat Cheese Hummus by cooking prosciutto and mixing it with hummus, pumpkin, and maple syrup, then topping with garnishes.
- For the Roasted Root Vegetable Chips, toss sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary, then bake until crispy.
- Arrange all hummus recipes on a large serving board with fresh veggies, fruits, and chips.
