Sweet Potato Hummus

Instructions
- Blend garbanzo beans, sweet potato puree, tahini, EVOO, and sriracha in a food processor until smooth.
- Stop to scrape the sides with a spatula if necessary, and add more EVOO if the mixture is too thick.
- Add the spices and blend again to combine.
- Top with goat cheese and serve with fresh veggies and rice crackers.
