Spicy Sweet Potato Hummus

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Bake the sweet potatoes for 45 minutes to 1 hour until soft.
- Let the sweet potatoes cool, then peel the skin off.
- In a food processor, combine the olive oil, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, and cumin.
- Add the cooled sweet potatoes to the food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve the hummus, optionally garnished with cayenne pepper and sesame seeds.
