Thai Peanut Hummus

Instructions
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas, peeling them if desired.
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, peanut butter, sesame oil, and sriracha, and process until smooth.
- Scrape down the sides as needed while blending.
- Add garlic, tahini, honey, ginger, and lime juice, and blend until combined.
- While blending, gradually add olive oil until the desired creaminess is achieved.
- Add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a bowl and garnish with toppings.
- Serve with pita, veggies, pretzels, or as desired.
