Instructions
- Drain the chickpeas and add them to a food processor with olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin.
- Process until smooth, adding water or more olive oil as needed, typically about ¼ to ½ cup of water.
- Start with 1 Tbsp of Sriracha and adjust to taste, adding up to 2 Tbsp for more heat.
