Sriracha Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15oz. can chickpeas
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • tsp ground cumin
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha

Instructions

  1. Drain the chickpeas and add them to a food processor with olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and cumin.
  2. Process until smooth, adding water or more olive oil as needed, typically about ¼ to ½ cup of water.
  3. Start with 1 Tbsp of Sriracha and adjust to taste, adding up to 2 Tbsp for more heat.
