Instructions
- Prepare a 9” springform or round cake pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- For the crust, pulse the nuts in a food processor until finely chopped, then add oat flour, cocoa, milk, sweetener, agave, and salt, and pulse until combined.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan and place it in the freezer to set.
- For the peanut butter filling, drain the silken tofu and press out excess water.
- In a bowl, mix the powdered peanut butter, agave, vanilla, and salt, then add the drained tofu and whip until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter filling over the set crust and return it to the freezer to harden.
- For the chocolate icing, blend the avocado, cocoa, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Once the peanut butter filling is set, spread the chocolate icing over it and freeze for a few hours.
- Let the pie thaw for 15-30 minutes before slicing and serving.
