Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add red onion, serrano peppers, red bell pepper, ginger, red pepper flakes, and curry powder, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and cook on low for 20-30 minutes until the mango is soft.
- Serve warm or let cool before using.
