Floribbean Mango Chutney

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 1½ hours to reduce and thicken the sauce.
- Store the chutney in jars in the refrigerator for up to two weeks, or can it for longer storage.
