Instructions
- Cut the pork shoulder into 3 equal pieces.
- Stuff the pork with garlic slivers.
- Sprinkle red sea salt over the pork pieces.
- Wrap bacon around each piece of pork or add liquid smoke with the water.
- Add water to the pressure cooker and place the pork inside.
- Seal the lid and set the steam release knob to Sealing.
- Pressure cook for 90 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the pork and shred it in a bowl.
- Add cabbage and carrots to the pot and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Shred the pork and serve with the cooked vegetables.
