Instructions
- 1. Brown the pork in oil on both sides for about 3 minutes per side in the Instant Pot.
- 2. Remove the pork and add water, liquid smoke, soy sauce, and brown sugar to the pot.
- 3. Return the pork and its juices to the pot and sprinkle salt on top.
- 4. Set the Instant Pot to High Pressure for 60 minutes.
- 5. Allow the pressure to release naturally for about 20 minutes before removing the lid.
- 6. Shred the pork with two forks and serve immediately with steamed rice.
