Instructions
- Prepare the pork roast by seasoning it with Hawaiian sea salt.
- If using, cut the bacon into pieces and layer it in the bottom of the Instant Pot or slow cooker.
- Place the seasoned pork roast on top of the bacon.
- Cook in the Instant Pot on high pressure for a specified time or in the slow cooker for several hours until tender.
- In the last stages of cooking, add chopped cabbage to the pot.
- Once done, shred the pork and mix with the cabbage before serving.
