Instructions
- Prepare the slow cooker.
- Place the pork shoulder roast in the slow cooker.
- Rub the Hawaiian sea salt over the pork.
- Add the strips of bacon on top of the pork.
- Cover and cook on low for several hours until the meat is tender.
- Shred the pork and serve.
