Slow Cooker Kalua Pork

coarse red Hawaiian sea salt
Instructions
- Place the pork in the crock pot and stab it all over with a knife.
- Rub sea salt all over the pork.
- Drizzle liquid smoke over the pork.
- Set the crock pot to low and cook for about 12 to 16 hours until the meat is tender.
- Remove the pork from the crock pot and place it on a large platter.
- Shred the pork with two forks, discarding any fat and reserving some liquid to keep it moist if needed.
