Ingredients

  3. Melt the fat if using a solid fat, drizzle it over the squash cubes, and add salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the squash cubes to ensure they are evenly coated.
  5. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until golden brown to your liking.
