Butternut Squash Home Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel and cube the butternut squash, then place the cubes on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the fat if using a solid fat, drizzle it over the squash cubes, and add salt and pepper.
- Toss the squash cubes to ensure they are evenly coated.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until golden brown to your liking.
