Easy Oven-Baked Butternut Squash Fries

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the ends off the butternut squash and peel the skin off.
- Slice the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Cut the squash into long thin strips and then into shorter fry-sized pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the squash fries with avocado oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Spread the fries evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the oven for 35-45 minutes, tossing halfway through, until browned and crispy.
