Ingredients

The squash

Instructions

  1. Cut the stem and bottom off the butternut squash and peel it.
  2. Slice the squash in half horizontally and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Chop the squash into ½ to 1-inch thick cubes.

  5. Place the squash in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes until tender.
