Tender, Caramelized Air Fryer Butternut Squash Cubes

The seasoning

Instructions
- Mix the seasoning ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cut the ends off the butternut squash and peel the skin.
- Slice the squash in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- Cut the squash into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Drizzle olive oil and maple syrup over the squash cubes and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the cubes and toss to mix.
- Spread the squash cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 25-30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes, until tender and caramelized.
