Ingredients

Squash Choices

  • 1 medium Acorn squash
  • 1 medium Butternut squash
  • 1 medium Delicata squash

Seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or coconut/avocado oil
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Combine oil, cinnamon, and sea salt in a small bowl.
  3. Brush the squash pieces with the oil mixture and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the squash in a single layer in the air fryer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-15 minutes until tender.
  6. Remove and serve, adding extra salt and cinnamon if desired.
