Instructions
- 1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- 3. Lightly spray the cut sides of the squash with avocado oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- 4. Place the squash halves in the air fryer with the cut side facing up.
- 5. Cook for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness at the 15-minute mark.
- 6. Once done, let the squash cool for 5 minutes before using a fork to remove the flesh from the skin.
