Ingredients

The squash

  • 1 small spaghetti squash

The seasoning

  • to taste cooking spray (avocado oil recommended)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
  3. 3. Lightly spray the cut sides of the squash with avocado oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
  4. 4. Place the squash halves in the air fryer with the cut side facing up.
  5. 5. Cook for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness at the 15-minute mark.
  6. 6. Once done, let the squash cool for 5 minutes before using a fork to remove the flesh from the skin.
