Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Instructions
- Cut 1 inch off the ends of the squash and slice it in half lengthwise.
- Scoop out and discard the seeds.
- Drizzle the flesh with olive oil and season with sea salt.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
- Place the squash cut side up in the air fryer.
- Cook until tender and the strands separate easily from the skin with a fork, about 11-13 minutes for a 2-pound squash or 16-18 minutes for a 3-pound squash.
- Run a fork through the center of each half to separate the strands and transfer to a bowl.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
