Air Fryer Spaghetti Squash

Ingredients

The squash

  • 2 to 3 pound spaghetti squash

The seasoning

  • to taste light olive oil
  • to taste sea salt

Instructions

  1. Cut 1 inch off the ends of the squash and slice it in half lengthwise.
  2. Scoop out and discard the seeds.
  3. Drizzle the flesh with olive oil and season with sea salt.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F and spray the basket with cooking oil.
  5. Place the squash cut side up in the air fryer.
  6. Cook until tender and the strands separate easily from the skin with a fork, about 11-13 minutes for a 2-pound squash or 16-18 minutes for a 3-pound squash.
  7. Run a fork through the center of each half to separate the strands and transfer to a bowl.
  8. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
