Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut off the top and bottom ends of the spaghetti squash.
- Stand the squash upright and slice it in half from top to bottom.
- Scoop out the seeds and discard them.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of olive oil inside each half and rub it around.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper inside each half.
- Place the squash halves cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 40 to 60 minutes until golden and easily pierced with a fork.
- Fluff the insides with a fork to create a spaghetti-like texture and serve.
