Ingredients

The squash

  • 1 Spaghetti Squash

The seasoning

  • to taste Olive oil
  • to taste Sea salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the spaghetti squash into 1 ½ inch thick rounds.
  3. Scoop out the seeds from the inside of the squash.
  4. Place the squash rounds on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper on the squash rounds.
  6. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  8. Use a fork to separate the strands from the skin and serve.
