Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Slice the spaghetti squash into 1 ½ inch thick rounds.
- Scoop out the seeds from the inside of the squash.
- Place the squash rounds on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle sea salt and black pepper on the squash rounds.
- Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Use a fork to separate the strands from the skin and serve.
