Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the squash flesh with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the squash on a baking sheet, flesh-side down, and roast for 45-50 minutes until tender.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 3-4 minutes.
- Use a fork to scrape the inside of the squash to create noodles.
- Serve the noodles in a bowl with desired toppings.
