Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and pulpy center.
- Drizzle the cut sides with olive oil and place them cut-side-up on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes until the edges are caramelized and the squash is fork-tender but still firm.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Pat any excess liquid with a paper towel.
- Using a fork, scrape the flesh to create spaghetti-like strands.
