Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a large casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine all ingredients except for the shredded cheese in the casserole dish and mix well.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, stir the casserole, and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving, and add toppings like Greek yogurt, salsa, or green onions.
