Whole Wheat Pancakes

Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to the mixing bowl and mix until there are no more dry spots; avoid over-mixing.
- Heat a large skillet on medium heat and lightly spray with oil.
- Pour ¼ cup of pancake batter onto the skillet.
- When the pancake starts to bubble, you may add fruit if desired.
- When the bubbles settle and the edges begin to set, flip the pancake.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
