Peanut Butter Rolo Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the eggs to the peanut butter mixture one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth, then fold in the Rolos.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and edges are slightly browned.
- Cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares and serve.
