Dairy-Free Coffee Creamer

raw cashews, soaked for 8-12 hours

Instructions
- Soak the raw cashews overnight or for at least 8 hours to soften them.
- Drain the cashews and set them aside.
- Place 3 cups of water in a blender.
- Add the soaked cashews, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon to the blender.
- Blend on high for about a minute, then increase to the highest setting and blend until smooth.
- Pour the cashew creamer into an airtight container and store in the fridge for about 5 days.
- Use the creamer in your coffee and enjoy.
