Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews, soaked for 8-12 hours
  • 3 cups water
  • 3 dates, pitted
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Soak the raw cashews overnight or for at least 8 hours to soften them.
  2. Drain the cashews and set them aside.
  3. Place 3 cups of water in a blender.
  4. Add the soaked cashews, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon to the blender.
  5. Blend on high for about a minute, then increase to the highest setting and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the cashew creamer into an airtight container and store in the fridge for about 5 days.
  7. Use the creamer in your coffee and enjoy.
